STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Cancellations or changes for your appointment must be given 24hrs in advance, otherwise you will be charged for the session in full.
2. Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this Agreement at any time with one (1) month written notice. In the event of early termination of a discounted package, prepaid program, or multi-session agreement, all services already rendered shall be recalculated at the Coach’s standard full-session rate rather than the discounted package rate. The Client shall remain responsible for payment of any outstanding balance for services rendered through the effective date of termination.Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered. Any approved refund for unused prepaid sessions shall be calculated based on the remaining unused portion of services after recalculation of completed sessions at the standard full-session rate.
3. As Certified Demartini Method Facilitators and business strategists, our role is to support personal development, leadership growth, emotional clarity, strategic thinking, and business development. Our services are educational, coaching, and facilitation-based in nature and are not intended to replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services. If you are currently under psychiatric care, psychological treatment, medical supervision, or taking prescribed medication related to mental or emotional health, please inform us prior to participation so we may determine whether our services are appropriate for your circumstances.
4. Client understands that participation in coaching, facilitation, consulting, and personal development services may involve emotional discomfort, increased self-awareness, difficult conversations, and personal or professional change. Participation is voluntary, and the Client accepts full responsibility for their own decisions, actions, implementation, wellbeing, and results.
5. West Coast Growth Advisors is deeply committed to helping clients create meaningful personal and business growth and has worked with many clients who have experienced measurable transformation and substantial business growth through implementation of the strategies, systems, and methodologies provided. However, because results depend on many factors outside the Coach’s control — including implementation, market conditions, leadership decisions, economic conditions, timing, team dynamics, and client participation — specific results, business outcomes, financial growth, or revenue increases cannot be guaranteed.
6. Client understands that all business, financial, operational, emotional, and personal decisions remain solely the responsibility of the Client. The Client agrees that West Coast Growth Advisors and its coaches are not liable for decisions made or actions taken by the Client based on coaching, consulting, facilitation, education, or recommendations provided.
7. To the fullest extent permitted by law, West Coast Growth Advisors and its coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to services provided under this Agreement. Any liability arising from services provided shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client under this Agreement.
8. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless West Coast Growth Advisors and its coaches from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from the Client’s participation in services provided under this Agreement.
9. All materials, frameworks, methodologies, documents, exercises, recordings, and intellectual property provided by West Coast Growth Advisors remain the sole property of West Coast Growth Advisors and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, taught, or shared without prior written consent.
10. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business, strategic, financial, and personal information shared during the course of the coaching or consulting relationship, except where disclosure is required by law.
11. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
